A single-vehicle wreck resulted in a cement truck coming to rest in a wooded area. According to Texas Department of Public Safety State Trooper Dustin Ramos, at 6:56 a.m. a white Mack Tri County Ready mix cement truck driven by James Griffin, 68, of Timpson was southbound on Highway 59 North when it had a blowout on it’s right side. The blowout caused the truck to turn leave the roadway to the right and travel into the woods.  The truck received minor damage to the front, and was towed by Carthage Muffler and Towing. No citations were given.
