Funeral services for Betty Jane Gilchrist, 70, of McKinney, formerly of Center, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating.
Mrs. Gilchrist passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012.She was born September 23, 1941 in Shelby County to Gene and Billie Bryan.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Royce Gilchrist.
Mrs. Gilchrist is survived by children, Alice Chin and husband, Yong, of McKinney, Francis Snider and husband, Allen, of Elysian Fields, and Lee Gilchrist and wife, Laurie, of Center; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and sister, Nan O’ Bryan and husband, Clark Glenn Garret, of Las Vegas.
