Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. October 5 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Logansport, La.

Funeral services for Mike Wilburn, 54, of Center will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home with Bro. Don Wayne Moore II and Bro. Charles Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, Oct. 8 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center.

Edward W. Wright
1953–2012
Graveside services for Edward Wayne Wright, 58, of Center were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012 at Clever Creek Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Warr officiating.
Mr. Wright passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 in Center. He was born Aug. 19, 1953 in Center to Luther Wayne Wright and Constance J. Mannino Wright. Mr. Wright was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by father, Luther Wayne “Scotty” Wright; and stepfather, Daniel Lanclos.

George D. Parker
1916–2012
Graveside services for George Daniel “Dan” Parker, 96, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, 2012 at Newburn Cemetery in Center.
Mr. Parker passed away Aug. 28 in Bryan. He was born May 5, 1916 to Duke and Ila Parker, the second of five children. He lived in Shelby County for the first 89 years of his life, a place he always considered home. He was born on May 5, 1916 to Duke and Ila Parker. During his lifetime, Mr. Parker was a farmer, rancher, lumberman and mail carrier.

Irene Davis

Funeral services for Irene Davis, 92, of Joaquin will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012 at Mangum Funeral Home with grandson, Pastor Robert Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Sholar Cemetery in Joaquin.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 1 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home.

Eugene Lee Nance
1934–2012
Graveside services for Eugene Lee Nance, 77, will be held at  2 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012 at Strong Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Mr. Nance passed away Aug. 24. He was born July 25, 1934 in Dayton to Elbie and Andrew T. Nance. Mr. Nance attended the University of Texas and was employed by U.S. Steel American Bridge Division for 30 years. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge Madison 126. He was a grand deputy and past monarch of Ibis Grotto.

Henry Willoughby

Graveside services for Henry Willoughby, 51, of Center were held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8 2012 at Sardis Cemetery with Bro. Pat windham officiating.
Mr. Willoughby passed away Monday, Aug. 6 in Nacogdoches. He was born Sept. 15, 1960 in Shelby County to Wesley Tritus and Helen Marylee Price Willoughby.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Lessie Mae Fountain, 90, of Center will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at Mangum Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Old Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. Fountain passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7 in Center. She was born March 25, 1922 in Nacogdoches County to Obe and Nettie Fussell Mancil. She was member of the First Pentecostal Church of San Augustine.

Rosa Anna Pina

Ms. Pina passed away Thursday, July 26 in Lufkin.  She was born June 17, 1985 in Jacksonville to Raul Pina and Pamela Simms Pina.
She was preceded in death by mother, Pamela Simms Pina; daughter, Kiya Roland; sister, Hope Simms; and brothers, Rigo Pina, Pepe Pina and Derrick Pina.
