Funeral services for Jimmy Jacobs, 65, of Center will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home. A Masonic graveside service will follow at Union Cemetery in Tenaha.
Mr. Jacobs passed away Thursday, July 19 in Center. He was born Oct. 16, 1946 to H.B. Jacobs and Gladdy Sherrod Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs was the owner and operator of Jacob’s Welding Shop. He was a member of Sam Samford Masonic Lodge #149.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, July 20 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Tommy Lynn Wheeler Sr., 78, of Timpson will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Jean Ferraro officiating. A graveside service with Masonic rites will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Nacogdoches.
Mr. Wheeler passed away July 17 in Nacogdoches. He was born Dec. 11, 1933 to Claude Carrol and Lois Allen Wheeler. Tommy was a self-employed electrician, but also had been a professional rodeo bullfighter/clown. Tommy was a member of Timpson Masonic Lodge #437.

A celebration of the life of Paige Rochelle Davila, 17, will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012 at the Decatur Civic Center.
Ms. Davila passed away Monday, July 16. She was born Jan. 27, 1995 in Center to Louis Davila and Diane Jenkins. She was a senior at Paradise High School serving as a Lieutenant in the Color Guard and was recognized as an outstanding flute soloist in UIL State competition

Mrs. Payne passed away Saturday, July 14 in Center. She was born May 2, 1927 in El Dorado, Ark. to Clarence G. Burton and Cora Mae Banfield Burton. Mrs. Payne was a member of Mt. Calvary Full Gospel Baptist Church in Shelbyville.

Mrs. Bell passed away Friday, July 13 in Center. She was born July 29, 1924 in Dallas County.
She was preceded in death by mother, Alma Holland; the father of her children, Jack Bell; brother, Jackie Holland; and sisters, Ophelia Mullins, Grace Ferguson and Peggy Quillin.

Mrs. Gunter passed away Saturday, July 14 in Center. She was born June 1, 1927 in Tenaha to Benjamin Franklin Kyle and Willie Blanche Newton Kyle. She was a member of Old Center Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Christopher Allen Gunter.

Mrs. Canton is survived by daughters, Martha Jean Branch and husband, Jimmy of Houston, and Lowis Marie Canton and husband, Charlie Ross III of Houston; granddaughter, LaShundra LaNee Lewis of Houston; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Vaughn passed away Monday, July 2 in Huxley. She was born June 24, 1947 in Alto to Ervin McCaa and Emma Monk McCaa. She was a member of Lydia Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by both parents.

Mrs. Watkins passed away Tuesday, July 3 in Garrison. She was born Jan. 27, 1929 in Garrison to Clarence Alvin Weatherly and Ruby Dee (McKnight) Weatherly.
She is preceded in death by husband, Henry J. Watkins; both parents; son, Jeff Watkins; granddaughter, Tara Snelson Dillon; and grandson, Christopher Watkins.

Mr. McSwain was born November 28, 1946 in Center to Sherlon Lonnie McSwain and Yvonne Willoughby McSwain. He served in the United States Army.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Yvonne McAdams, and brother, Randy McAdams.

Mr. Sepulvado passed away July 1, 2012 at East Texas Medical Center in Carthage. He was born March 17, 1921 in Zwolle, Louisiana to Pete Sepulvado and Mary Ellen Castie Sepulvado. Mr. Sepulvado served in the United States Army and was a member of Holy Temple Pentecostal Church.

Mrs. Fancher passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Parkwood Nursing Home in Lufkin. She was born in Orange on August 1, 1954 to Donald and Hazel Hutchison Goodsell. She was a former resident of Orangefield. She retired from the Warren I.S.D. where she taught at Fred Elementary School in Fred.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
